The current image just shows a person sniffing some type of drug. Reading the examples, it turns out the drug can turn people rapid. There could be a 2-panel image of the person becoming rapid after consuming the drug. The major problem with the current is that it relies on both the caption and some of the examples to properly illustrate why this is scary.
