A yandere isn't necessarily a stalker. Just crazy one way or another, and may or may not actively try to eliminate other suitors for their target. Can be any gender.
Check out my fanfiction!Basically a Yandere is usually violent but doesn't necessarily stalk, while a Stalker with a Crush isn't necessarily violent but does stalk.
They can totally overlap, though.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?A Yandere is the type to go at their love interest or love interest's love interest with a chainsaw.
A stalker with a crush is just that a stalker with a crush.
A person can be both but it isn't exclusive. Take the first episode of Renai Boukun the main girl is a Yandere, even called that by name, with her weapon of choice being Gurkha Knives and the main guy is the Stalker with a Crush... and then it gets weird.
Reading both Trope descriptions, I don't get the difference between them. Except that Yandere seems to generally (only?) refer to female examples, while a Stalker with a Crush can be both male or female but more often is male?
