I GIS'd him and that's the only pic of him that comes up. I'm good to just pull it unless someone manages to find one somewhere.
As far as I can tell, that's the only picture of him available online. (Also I'm not sure it's actually a picture of him, GMW Wemyss is a pseudonym and apparently he feels strongly about his anonymity.) I could fix the markup so the caption box is the same width as the image, but the image is so narrow (100 px) that the caption would take up many lines (and many more with the note expanded), have the word proconsular split up without demarcation because it doesn't fit on a single line, and generally look bad, maybe even worse than the mistaken markup.
It might be better to use a book cover ([1]
