Since we're only using an excerpt of the work, I'd say we're covered by fair use, but I'd be fine with posting a link to the full pic and the artist's page as a caption.

Okay, not wanting to cause a stir, but the un-cropped version of the new picture put on Heaven And Hell (Heroes of Might and Magic
by Guangjian Huang) does include a copyright notice.
This might, at least, requires the artist's agreement, I guess.
(Very, very talented artist, by the way.)
