What Should Happen If Someone Were To Enter The Collective Consciousness?

Working on a story where people can go into other minds of anyone they want. In there, time "freezes" in the sense that since they are operating in the person's mind, things are happening as fast as electrons travel through their mind. I have been stuck on what happens to time, if they wish to enter into the collective consciousness. I'm not sure how time should work there since it would be taking place in an amalgamated version of everyone's mood at the time.

The "Collective Unconscious" is not an actual metaphysical thing. All it refers to is the core structure of thought that Jung believed belong to every human being.

I had a story involving a secret society that would train agents called "pathologicals" who specialized in manipulating people's unconscious minds through various cues that nobody could consciously observe. The system I thought was pretty cool, but the story itself read like a schizophrenic manifesto, so I just sort of abandoned it. But I'm not opposed to anyone else using the idea. It was supposed to be based on MKULTRA.

You mean the "collective unconsciousness", I presume, since AFAIK, none of us are aware of it.

I never understood the idea that thoughts in the mind move so much faster than normal time, a la "Inception". But were that the case, I can only presume that thoughts must be exceptionally fast in the CUC if we continually update the contents in real time.
