The rule is whoever posts first goes first, unless they posted something that obviously contradicts something posted by someone else. The GM decides what needs to be edited for the sake of the story.
In this case, I'll let you have the Nucklavee hurt Lagarto; in exchange, he gets to free Maia from the collar first.

Monster Wrestling League
Wrestling has always been a popular sport, especially in San Lorenzo. But on the day of The Change, one of the most popular wrestlers, Demonio Azul, found himself turned into a werewolf. Obviously, he could no longer continue to compete that way, for even in human form he was feared. He had to quit. However, he was approached by Venusina, a wrestler in the Woman's Division turned into a vampire. She proposed that they start a new Wrestling League, one for monsters only. At first he doubted that they would find enough members, but was surprised to discover that many monsters were eager to join- fighting was both a way to work out their frustrations while at the same time, earning acceptance among the public. They renamed themselves Lobo Gris and Vampiresa, and launched the MWL, which was a quick success. Ex-gangbanger Paco Jimenez soon joined as Lagarto Verde, and became the current champion.
NOTE: I need characters for this group ASAP! All players are welcome to create their own! They can be PCs or NPCs.

Special Notification: recently, my responsibilities (both personal and in games) have increased. Therefore I have decided to take a more 'reactive' approach to game mastering. In other words, I post only in response to player posts. If a player takes too long I just move on.
