I actually added that pic to the page back in May...trying to remember if it was in one of the past suggestion crowners and I just forgot to change the tag on the page or if I just brainfarted and put it on the page instead of sticking it in one of the crowners. At any rate, it does need to be discussed since the process is murky and it's contradicting the tag.

Image works. The caption is only explicit about exactly who his reaction is about, but what it's generally about (i.e. the trope) wouldn't be hard to descipher without caption.

Well, this one didn't really go anywhere. I'll adjust the tag; locking up.
Despite the fact the page has a message advising Tropers create a new thread before adding a replacement for a deleted picture, someone added a new picture without starting a thread. I can't decide whether or not it falls under JAFAAC.
