sorry about that complete non-sequitur back there. About a week ago I was in another D&D game and the DM had the exact same thing happen (noises from upstairs, creaking and dust falling from above us), and it ended with him dropping a part of the ceiling on us.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.

Ditto for Ellen and her channel divinity. Although add in a "Jack Bauer the surviving thug guy".
It's probably the most efficient anyway, spending like an hour and five minutes investigating+resting instead of an hour resting.

Sorry guys I'm just devouring my new Savage Worlds book I've bought recently. And actually, nman, to narrate this lore more than rewards me for having to keep track of rolls. Wanting to do it on real dice kind of limits my posting frequency as well.

Your post still says he took 4 damage, though. The boss made the save so he should dodge the attack completely instead of taking any damage.
