Uh...this isn't a proposal on a webcomic idea, it's a pre-existing comic, and the OP is not the artist. I'm honestly not sure where you got that notion from.
I did read the comic a little while back. Not exactly my cup of tea, but different strokes and all that.

Sooo, following a ad-swap banner from Grrl Power I found the webcoming How To Be A Werewolf
The story, a tl:dr:
Malaya is a werewolf. She was bitten when she was 5 but with the help of her family she manages it somewhat. She still has severe anxiety (she's only at work or at home, doesn't drive and generally avoids social contacts out of fear to hurt someone) from it, and she can't leave home during the full moon because her body hair situation goes a bit...out of control.
One day another werewolf, Elias, comes into her shop and sniffs the furry on her. To his shock, he realizes Malaya has zero idea on how to be a werewolf and lone wolves (ie not part of a pack) are really rare. She's also magically hidden from detection but no one has any idea why.
But someone has attacking people in the area (a college town in Michigan) and Elias was sent by his nice-but-apparently-very-very-scaryass mother (his pack's leader) to check it out. So he's a one man Scooby/Shaggy/Freddie combo?
And because he thinks its the right thing to do (and his mother is going to hunt him for sport if he abandons her) Elias offers Malaya to show her the ropes of being a wolf as he tries to figure out just what is going on in this town.
Hilarity Ensues?
Further ingredients to be found seem to be: Gay Werewolves. Lawyer Werewolves. Witches. Lesbian Witches. Lesbian Lawyer Werewolves. Rude Coffee Shop Customers. Protective Younger Brothers. Incredibly Sweet Supportive Parents.
So far it has (which is appealing to me) solid world building and interesting chars, so I'll follow it for a while. And since it updates Tue and Wed it fits nicely in the first 'wait for new Grrl Power' block of the week.
