Post Endgame Content: Suff is unlocked after beating a game.

Endgame+: after beating the game you are returned to near the end of the game with Post Endgame Content unlocked.

This is the ultimate state of human emotion. More passionate than hope. Far deeper than despair. It is Love.

Post Endgame Content implies that you have to play through the entire game again to access it all. Endgame+ is when new content unlocks immediately after beating the game, as a kind of Gameplay and Story Segregation epilogue.

Post Endgame Content is the supertrope for all kinds of unlocked content once you beat the game, regardless of whether you have to replay the entire game.

Endgame+ is a subtrope of that specific to rewinding the save to before the final boss, with content added to the current endgame.
