Remember that we had talked about DM falling under War Crime's influence? Now's your chance! (Also, Drakon should feel The Monster's presence.)
Goa: Who was that in the Sky, Amethyst? Also you have just set up an imminent meeting between Mongrel and Simon (he's the bodyguard at Hazel's). Is that what you want?

I know. However, I wanted to finish the interaction between Mindseye and DM first. Then we can get primal......
Please allow me to introduce myself, I am a man of wealth and taste. Nice to meet you, hope you can guess my name.Yeah, that was Amy up there singing like a buffoon. If and when things go down with War Crime, Mongrel will find better things to do, leaving Amethyst open to be played.
As for Mongrel, he's just looking for answers, also scoping out the local practitioner scene but has found this store connected to that strange magic he felt during the Siren Incident. A meeting between he and Simon works, but mostly Mongrel would have sought the shop's proprietor.

Hey, Sijo? What kind of monsters would be attracted? (Besides THE Monster, of course. I doubt anyone could top him, frankly.)

Wooze looks at Glass with a 'please take her away' lookThe Monster is the embodiment of Anger, so savage ones are more likely than intelligent ones. Also, check the character lists for ideas. The Abstract, for example, probably will provide a few.

@Go A: Amy's singing made me choke on my coffee. Bravo, sir.

“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Huh. So would you say things like werewolves, ghouls, and other things might appear or whatnot? Because werewolves are cool. Big fan of 'em.
Wooze looks at Glass with a 'please take her away' lookThey are not going to appear spontaneously, though I think War Crime is a sorcerer (on top of everything else) and might animate corpses just for the hell of it. Also who knows what might come out of the bizarre reality that is the Abstract.

Huh.
So if a werewolf does come out of the Abstract ("I always knew those paintings were up to no good!") what would be your thoughts on letting Warlock get bitten by it or what not? He's already a villain, and I like the idea of someone that's (somewhat) nice and innocent having to deal with what basically amounts to going on a rampage. That, and extra chaos is always nice.
Wooze looks at Glass with a 'please take her away' lookWar Crime's sorcery is theme towards terror and destruction.
He may very well have a spell that not only draws lycanthropes unwillfully towards the city, but brings the worst aspects of man and beast to the fro, transforming even peaceful werewolves into violent berserkers.
Just a suggestion.
That sounds fun.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”This has *nothing* to do with the game (other than being horror-themed) but still, shared because Awesome.: [1]

"Scary spooky skeletons, send shivers down your spineeeeee..."
Anyhow, I feel like I'm going to play Warlock as a kind of Anti-Villain from now on.
Anyhow, are ya okay with possibly turning him into a werewolf for a bit?
Wooze looks at Glass with a 'please take her away' look@Sijo: That is basically how I get to uni... :P
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Dark Witch
I’m thinking villains are usually alone fighting lots of heroes. So, I’m going for a generous upgrade. Beating and easy villains is boring isn’t it? Of course she wouldn’t stop being a superweight class 3 (I hope).Haloween-Magic upgrade.
As her mortal body has gotten closer to embrace her divine might thanks in part to the dimensional shift of Halloween. She is now able to access more complex magic and she has an improved magic reserve. This upgrades are based on dark magic.
As always she doesn’t have unlimited magic so she can’t use all of these at the same. The more spells she uses the hardest it drains her stamina risking and a K.O.
New powers.
- Shapeshifting: The power to change her apperance in every way including smell. Only detectable with magic. Nerf: Like mystique so she isn't going to turn into a dragon or something silly.
- Shadowy constructions. Nothing fancy: walls, shields (high caliber weapons and explosions would break it), for certain small to medium size objects. ‘’’She is not a green lantern’’’, so this power would be much more weaker and limited– to street level. Nothing gigantic or game breaking. Nerf: To balance this power I would propose that extreme concentrated light would weaken them. ‘’’Nerf’’’:they would get weaker if she loses concentration.
- Telekinesis: I can understand this power can be exploited so I though. ‘’’Nerfs’’’ and limitations:
- Concentration limit: This way she couldn't control too many objects , and she would lose control if something makes her lose her focus (say a sonic attack).
- Weight limit: Uppermost limit being a van—But she would struggle, like carrying a lot of bags from a grocery store, and it would require a lot of willpower making her much more vulnerable to lose concentration and drop the object in the spot.
- Dodging: The telekinesis is represented by shadows. This would give other players a chance avoid the effects, outrun and even dodge
- Teleportation: No Spam. Just used as means of transportation. Not meant to be used in combat except as she would get beaten easily if she tried. But ti would be useful for fleeing… Has 40 seconds charge up. So the heroes can stop her from escaping.
General upgrades
- No longer needs a collar as a source of magic. Magic comes from her body natural reserves now.
- blessing/Curse spells. I’m taking some inspiration with Circe’s abilities to turn humans into animals . The effects would be freebies with civilian NPC’s. I want this one mainly to cause more terror and chaos.
- Big spells: I’m thinking she could do big complicated spells that would require complicated rituals. This so the plots are a little more complex than “eris trolls civilians.”

Make your hearth shine through the darkest night; let it transform hate into kindness, evil into justice, and loneliness into love.I apologize in advance for that way too long post. I honestly thought it would be shorter. (Also I may have misinterpreted War Crime'ss powers but I'm too exhausted to go back and fix it now.)
Emily and legend: both of you are doing swell. Go ahead.
And we have our first glimpse of Primal.
Oh, Aaron is in for a world of pain....
Please allow me to introduce myself, I am a man of wealth and taste. Nice to meet you, hope you can guess my name. And probably everyone else on the scene, considering.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”I've kind of just been running with this for a while, so I guess I should make it official.
Pollutrix
Powers: Magic Sense - Due to her connection to the mystical through the Goddess of Pollution, Pollutrix can naturally sense magical auras.
I apologize, but I'm going to be making all of the Heading D&D puns I can from now on. Shoot me now.
Wooze looks at Glass with a 'please take her away' lookNever apologize for puns. Never.
Hey, I just don't want to start a FLAME war.

Hm. Go to a Halloween party and have everyone complement his 'costume'?
Ahem, I joke. Well, there are a number of things in planning he could jump onto though I suppose DM attending The Black Flamingo party wouldn't make that much sense. Flies around and spots Reverb/War Crime/Mongrel/etc in the midst of various sus shenanigans?
Kinda depends if you want him to beat people up or socialize.
