RIP Demonguy. Maybe finish that conversation and have Warlock give him a mission of some kind, or are you really not in the mood? I don't really mind, but I'll have to shelve Demonguy if you really want to change it immediately.

A Note on Weaknesses
Continuing with the rpg refreshers, just wanted to mention the obvious: a weakness or limitation must be allowed to work, or it is pointless. By which I mean, when affected a character should wait at least until its next post to recover. This isn't a strict rule, but it gives the other players a chance to respond and keeps the game from devolving into speed-chess. Remember, patience is a virtue.

Concept: the City-Networks of Venus
During the 5th century BCE, a young boy from Greece with latent telepathic abilities was kidnapped by space pirates. His powers awoke, and he started using them to facilitate diplomacy among the various alien races. Some time later, it was decided that they would build a network of cities around the planet Venus that would serve to allow all species a neutral place to meet. The Greek boy was named the Psi-Lord and put in charge of organizing and building the cities.
Today, Venus is a melting pot of species, ideologies, and abilities, united under the rule of the Psi-Lord. The Psi-Lord is a telepath who acts as a neutral arbiter during conflicts, as well as running the city-networks. The current Psi-Lord is the fourteenth, an Earthling named Pyotr Feliksovich Volkov.

City-Networks of Venus: I'm assuming these are self-contained cities? Since the planet is not exactly inhabitable. Approved, in any case.
Yeah- basically, they're floating just above the surface of the planet itself. Travel from city to city is performed with teleportation chambers.
(In retrospect, I probably should've put this in the concept post proper.)

See, what I am *trying* to do, is check the game daily and then make sure I respond to everybody. But sometimes its hard to keep track of things because I find whole pages full of posts when I show up (Geez, people, slow down a bit K?)
