Yeah the flavor text of the rock salt and the appearance of the Koroks makes me think that too.
It sounds plausible but that begs the question of how an ocean went away.
This song needs more love.Same way anything happens in Zelda, the Gods did it.
I would think that the gods would want to keep Ganon buried under as much water as they can manage.
This song needs more love. They also saw fit to give him the Triforce on the eve of his execution in a timeline where Link and Zelda prevented him from getting it in the first place. They really don't work in the most logical ways.
Adult timeline would also beg the question of what would the impact of a missing ocean have on New Hyrule?
I mean, the sea level rising is cause enough for serious environmental and societal concern, going full throttle to the opposite extreme isn't going to be a good thing either.
PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyThat wasn't them, it was the Triforce transcending time and space. In one timeline, he got it, so in every timeline he got it. The execution just happened at a bad time. Maybe if it had happened a few days earlier, he would have stayed dead.
Thing is, Skyward Sword, the first chronological game in the series, already had an area that had used to be an ocean (the whole Sand Sea thing), so the salt could exist in any of the timelines.
The Koroks are a bit more difficult to explain, but I think you could write that off as any disaster potentially causing the Kokiri to take on new forms. It's just a different disaster in this timeline. If we had seen some Rito or something, I'd definitely lean toward that theory, though.
It's also possible that it takes place before the split, and the Temple of Time we see in Ocarina was simply rebuilt between the two games. It does raise some odd questions about Ganon's origins, but I guess it isn't impossible that the "Ganon" part of his identity might have been a representation of Demise's curse before it eventually became Ganondorf in particular. Still a bit weird though.
Reaction Image RepositoryBut it'd seem wierd for the Koroks to use that form for any disaster.
The Koroks form in WW seemed to perfectly adapt to a giant sea and transversing it
I don't really see why the same form would be that useful for a giant landy land. I'd much rather have them take on a more suitable form.

We actually discussed this in the NX thread. 4 March 2017 is a Saturday and I believe some other amiibo was released on 4 March 2016. It appears to be an error but not of the kind we all wish it was.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! The other amiibo in question is Wolf Link, since TP HD's release was March 4. Best not get too excited.

PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyI don't see how cooking on flammable grassy plains could be an issue at all. Also, a reminder to be wary of Blue Bokoblins that hit for 3 hearts worth of damage.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences. If I were to pre-order Bot W on Amazon, would it arrive on launch day?
lol, the dubious food is so horrifying it's pixeled out.
Depends on the shipping option
If you have Prime it should.
I remember I preordered something via Prime once and it actually arrived a day before launch. That said, a lot of it depends on the competence of the delivery people.
Reaction Image RepositoryHuh, so Breath of the Wild really is just an Ocarina of Time rehash.
That video is awesome! They even used the N64 soundfonts!
Anyway, you know that cold mountain with a chunk out of it? Does anyone think it has a bad case of... frostbite?
It was okay but I like how they used the Ocarina of Time graphics.
"Thanos is a happy guy! Just look at the smile in his face!"Neat!
"YOU SHALL FEEL THE FLOWER'S WRATH"God damn it
Nintendo should have gone with breath of wind for the title,my brain won't accept the title as fact
New theme music also a boxThere's already another Zelda game with "wind" in the title. Centering around wind won't help the message about free, open exploration they're trying to get across.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.
I'm still thinking it's the Adult Timeline after Hyrule was unflooded.
