Looks like we're about to go dig in the sand...

Oh look, a ghost!What are the rules for dropping out of this game? To be honest, I'm not really interested in it anymore.
> Run back down the stairs
He may be a giant, nightmarish brute, but like all villains in this series,he sure can sing.@DrNoPuma: There aren't really any, though I just interpret that people drop out after they stop posting actions. I do appreciate you notifying me beforehand, so I won't be interpreting the results of your actions unless you decide to join back in again.

Roark begins digging through the sandstone, which gives way to more sand. The sand seems to become noticeably damper as he digs further.

@Hamza678: >Search around the town.
A few of the buildings seem too dilapidated to enter, but you decide to explore some of the ones that are still standing. One of the buildings seems to be a general store, with a variety of simple tools and goods arrayed on the shelves, though a few spaces contain a number of insect carcasses and spiderwebs. Besides the main counter, you see a door leading to the back area of the building, though it seems to be locked.
The next building seems to be an inn/tavern of some sort, with a bar area on the left and several tables arrayed on the right. A staircase leading to the second floor sits right behind the bar area. Aside from the many bottles strewn about, there appear to be a few drawers behind the counter. You also see a trap door in the far back of the bartender’s post. Several skeletons are strewn about, though they don’t seem to be moving. Many of them still have their garments on them. Should you wander to the second floor, there seem to be seven rooms in total, though only one is accessible. You do not seem to see much of note in this room, aside from a skeleton laying by the window.
A few of the next buildings seem to be mostly empty houses, with somewhat basic furnishings you’d expect to see in a quasi-medieval/colonial home. Again, you occasionally see skeletons as you enter the home. As you pass through the middle of town, you glance into the well, though you cannot see the bottom.
One of the buildings, towards the center of town, seems to be slightly smaller than the others, with a single fur sleeping bag in the center, and minimal furnishings. A bookcase with a few texts sits on the back end of this room, though you cannot readily read them. One of the books does seem to have a slight orange glow to it. There is also a doorway going into the back end of the house.
Although you also see what appears to be a bakery of some sort, none of the other buildings within the center of town seem to offer much else of interest, though, you have yet to investigate the farm and stables buildings towards the West. There also seems to be a larger, mansion-like building in this direction.
Percival seems to have wandered off as you had been searching around.

@BlackMageAnolis & @BlizzardeyeWonder:
Just as a note, you literally are right next to an ocean, as I have previously mentioned that the edge of Vus is situated right on the shore. In fact, I had mentioned, in posts described to you, that a harbor sits on the “right”/South side of the city, as opposed to the North side where the giant temple is. In fact, Anolis, you had seen that this city sits right along the beach when you first had seen this town with DrNoPuma’s character. If there was a river nearby, or a river running within/nearby Vus, I probably would have mentioned some detail describing it, such as the rushing of water. I mention this because you really ought to keep better track of your surroundings and what has been described to you, as these are things that your in-game characters would have seen directly and would not have forgotten after having seen them a few seconds/minutes ago in-game, had this not been a text-based game. The whole adventure back up to the surface would not have been fully necessary had you recorded the description of the city when I had first demonstrated it to you.

Vus Underground
@BlizzardeyeWonder & @BlackMageAnolis:
There is not one “loose stone” per say, but rather several blocks you could potentially wrench out, as the wall is not held together by any particular bonding material, though the crevices between the stones are too small for your fingers to fit through. Furthermore, as was mentioned previously, the wall you see underground is separate from the wall that circles around the city, as it’s quite a bit farther in. It should also be mentioned that you came across a point where the wall seemed to end as you were digging southward.
Either way, you return to the main wall section and begin digging deeper, sloping some of the adjacent ground so you can easily escape out. Eventually, you come across a series of thick wooden planks going into the wall, and then the wall seems to stop after that.

@Hamza678: >Go to the west, and investigate the mansion.
You head down the side path and approach the mansion/manor. The estate is surrounded by a series of wooden fences, though there is no gate. You see a crumbling statue of a man off to the left side as you enter, along with several leafless trees as you head into the main entry lane. The manor itself comprises of two floors, though the second floor only exists above the east(right) and central portions of the building. The outer walls show sign of weakening and decay, though it probably won’t be easy to enter through this way.
You see two windows along the left and right flanks of the house, though they are all boarded up on the inside. You can also see glass shards on the ground nearby them. A single window, still intact, seems to overlook the rest of the landscape above the manor’s entrance.
The entrance to the manor features an awning supported by two cracked columns. A short wall surrounds the platform going up to the main entrance, which itself has a series of stairs going up to it. You see a pair of open salt bags lying beside the main entrance, which features a large arcane sigil of dried blood printed onto the double doors.

The two of you then return back to the stone-built wall underground, wondering why you went back up to the surface. Roark then begins parting the dirt towards the wall’s right, or South direction. Eventually, the wall stops at a sharp corner, before turning back east. Should you continue digging south, you will start to breach into sand and sandstone.

@DrNoPuma: > Move a knife as close to the guard as I can. "Don't say a word."
You pull out one of your knives and levitate it forward up the stairs. As soon as you begin doing this, the guard pulls back from the corner. You attempt to turn your blade around the corner, but your blade doesn’t seem to reach in that direction. Eventually, your knife stops as it reaches the full extent of your telekinetic range.
After a short pause, said guard suddenly leaps forward and grabs hold of the knife, ripping it out of your telekinetic grasp.
“The Bear-Man seems to have escaped,” you hear the guard say, turning to the right.
