Frasier: [responding to a caller] Roger, at Cornell University they have an incredible piece of scientific equipment known as the Tunneling Electron Microscope. Now, this microscope is so powerful that by firing electrons you can actually see images of the atom, the infinitesimally minute building blocks of our universe. Roger, if I were using that microscope right now, I still wouldn't be able to locate my interest in your problem.

I do not remember which episode of Fresier this was from, but in my opinion it is the ultimate crowning moment of indifference.

That is obviously not a crowning moment of indifference. As that is an audience reaction. What you are referring to is an in universe moment of indifference. I have no idea where that is supposed to be categorized. I would try Trope Finder.

Season 1 episode 9.

probally the same place Doofinsmertiz's "Intense burning indifference" quote belongs.

I am still looking for a trope for that one.

I would suggest starting a trope "Intense burning idfifferencce" Where the charater in universe has a burning need to explain their indifference to the current situation at length and in great detail

except that I can only think of two examples the one from Fraiser and the one from Phineas and Ferb. I am sure there are others.
