That's really stretching the definition.
Yeah, something that's an example on the page would work a lot better.
IMO, the image meets the criteria of "Funny Aneurysm" Moment:
A "Funny Aneurysm" Moment is when a scene, joke, or offhand line that was originally meant to be funny or light-hearted makes the viewer cringe when it is seen in reruns due to the traumatic events in future episodes of a show or in real life.
The one thing I see questionable about the image is that it's an accidental composition which I am not sure if also covered by the trope. Otherwise Accidental Pun (in hindsight) would fit better.

The description says "meant to be funny". The image was not meant to be funny nor even noticed until after September Eleventh.
If we could find something like a newspaper headline of the Siegfried and Roy tiger attack and put it next to their No Celebrities Were Harmed version being attacked by a tiger.
Clock is set.
Clock expired with no progress, so closing. I'm sure we can find a good replacement at some point.

The image (an ad with the number next to the WTC) was added without any comment or Image Pickin' conversation note.
The image itself isn't an example of "Funny Aneurysm" Moment as there is nothing actually resembling the September Eleventh attacks intended as a joke. An eerie coincidence, sure, but not a "Funny Aneurysm" Moment.
