I like the first one. It works better at wiki size than the third, since that one is made to look good with all those details, while the first one is made to look good with closer the amount of details visible at wiki size.
The second I don't think looks as good as either at wiki size, though it's hard to tell since it's mini-sized for me.
Check out my fanfiction! This is a promo pic for the same film. Does it work?
(Annoyed grunt)For me, it's good for Image Links but not for a page pic...the Godzilla and Pacific Rim pics do a better job of getting the large scale across. Speaking of Godzilla, there have to be some pics from the 2014 film that will work well for this.
^^ I think having Fay Wray in the image emphasized the perspective. Their size is less obvious from that particular image.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Attack on Titan? [1]◊
I find that less clear than the other two.
Check out my fanfiction!Wow, if you hadn't mentioned Fay I wouldn't have even seen her in the shot.
Here is a better Attack on Titan pic◊ Possibly a bit of a spoiler though I am not sure.

As far as I know, the female Titan is kind of a big deal but I'm not familiar enough with the series to make that judgement.
Edit: I hate when that happens.

I like the first suggestion; the second got Wikia-shrunk.
If it's potentially spoilery it's best to avoid it. There are other suggestions that are as good or better anyway.
First is good, second not quite, since the scale isn't as clear.
Check out my fanfiction!I think we crop some of the right side of 11.1, and maybe a bit of the left (though I like the soldiers on the roof). Then that one will be great.

1.1 and 1.3 are my picks. They're more vibrant than the others.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I prefer the first Pacific Rim suggestion. Show well the size, and also that trope isn't limited to monster but also include giant robots.
Here are a few more suggestions taking into account the background for scale and the variety of what can be considered a "behemoth".

I still like 15. 18 and 20.3 are also good, and 1.1 and 1.3 are still up there.
This is gonna be a fun crowner.
They're all quite good. I have a slight preference for 20.2 as it show best the "battle part", although it's a bit lacking in showing size. 20.3 is very nice-looking and iconic, too.
Crowner time?
Yeah, it's probably time for a crowner.

For a trope this awesome, we should be able to find tons of suggestions.
