That's what the chapter was called in the manga. All episodes get their name from one of the chapters they adapt.
Yea, that's literally the name of the chapter.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Season 6 Episode 11:
Ahhhhh Dabi, or should I say TOUYA, in all his fucked-up glory, exposing the Todoroki family and Hawks for all to see!! This was definitely Hiro Shimono's time to shine, and boy did he freaking light up the sky!!
I'm not sure if next episode or the episode after that will be the last for the Fall cour, but next episode is gonna be another big one for Bakugou, as his hero name will be revealed!
It's been a while. I'd honestly forgotten that.
Anyway, That is one happy flaming Psychopathic Manchild. Good job Enji. Father of the year you are.
Well, you're second to Kotaro I suppose.
One Strip! One Strip!Latest episode:
Vault Boy Shadow Cat returns! I'd forgotten this is where he comes back.
We get to see Midnight again....
One Strip! One Strip!Well here's another one for the "I knew this was a thing, but didn't realize this would happen so soon" pile. Eri rewinding Mirio to have his Quirk again.
Season 6 Episode 13:
We end the first half of the season with Compress's badass moment, and Af O's retreat as all heroes are practically left beaten both physically and, given the Dabi reveal, systematically too...
Next episode will be on January 7th with a new ED (not sure if there'll be a new OP, but let's see)...
Why the delay?
Uh, because its holiday break?

Well, this whole cour was great. I'm fully hyped for the next arc, which includes my favorite moment (well, series of moments) in the whole story.
Of course the League flashback would have been better in its original place, but it still fits here quite well, since this episode is about the genuine bonds between the core League members, and the genuine feelings behind their crimes (and how All for One doesn't give a fuck and just exploits them).
I don't really know when holidays in Japan occur.
Correct. First of all, it's Christmas. Second, it's the New Year's celebrations. Well, I would say another reason why it's on break is that there's usually a break in between 2 consecutive cours.

They celebrate Christmas and New Year's, same as we do stateside.
Saw last episode, it was a nice way to end this part of the season.
Got to say though, I didn't expect them to reintroduce the omitted parts of My Villain Academia for Compress' second wind, while I would have preferred that it had been adapted properly it's actually good to see that return.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.The Compress moment in the manga had been derided at the time as it had little substance compared to all the other stuff that was going on in that fight, but with the flashbacks to their struggles it makes the lengths he's willing to go for his comrades more impactful.
I think we'll see the anime pull this again, showing off moments skipped during MVA in parts relevant to the characters during future developments.
I watch the dub, but I'd fallen off for awhile. Just finished binging the last 6 ("Encounter Part 2" through "Dabi's Dance")
Damn, this arc is... exciting, but also draining. It feels like this was simultaneously a good way and a bad way to watch it. The vocal performances all around are stellar. Shigaraki and Dabi especially, but everyone is great.
Season 6 Episode 14:
Mostly recap of the last cour and the aftermath of the battle...
Of all the things I didn't expect, I did NOT, I repeat NOT, expect Eve of all artists to do the OP! And boy it was a bop! The ED is also a bop as well, as expected!!
Wasn't expecting the first half to be a recap, but I imagine it could be useful to anime-onlies, considering how much crazy shit happened during the first cour.
And the second half was as chilling as it should be. I love the new opening and ending, too.
New english dub episode's up now too. POWERRRRR! Jeanist! DynaMight! Froppy Style!

Finally caught this.
Ooof. It's like I've been saying, it's incredible how badly things went for the heroes.
As near as I can tell, they made no mistakes. They did everything right.
No plan survives contact with the enemy and all that, but you don't expect things to go this bad when you get the drop on your foes, have a solid plan to deal with them, and basically do nothing wrong.
But despite that, they lost so badly, you'd think it was the villains who launched a surprise attack.
Reading this back when it happened in the manga was one thing, but watching it in animation is just as hard.
This is a massive failure, and nobody saw it coming.
I suppose it can be fairly said that while they made no mistakes during this mission, they did have to pay the price for the previous mistakes of Society, Endeavour, and possibly others.
One Strip! One Strip!Seems like the critical error was taking it for granted that Gigantomachia couldn't wake up. That said, I don't know what they could've done to plan for it in contingency.
They also couldn't have known that Shigaraki could be woken up by an outside force. (Well, more like by an inside force. Rather then the nebulous "his hatred let him awaken," I'd rather say " he was given a jump-start by All For One's Vestige" .)
They technically did plan for that.
That's why they made sure to attack before Shiggy Wiggy was complete.
If he never woke up, Gigantomachia wouldn't wake up either.
And the plan worked until Shiggy decided he was too angry to die.
Hah. Them pointing out that X-Less barely felt the shock despite being so close is something that sailed clean over my head...
It reminds you he didn't really screw up by destroying the container with the quirk erasing bullets...but it's hard not to think that if he'd just waited until the others came back before making his move maybe nothing would have happened.
Or maybe not.
One Strip! One Strip!I thought that was weird. How could they know X-Less barely felt the shock? No one else was there but him and Shigaraki, and X-Less isn't really in a position to say how it felt.
Bah. Haven't been able to watch today's episode. For some reason the subs aren't in english on my perfectly legal means of watching.
It's the damndest thing too. I'll have to wait until someone fixes it.
One Strip! One Strip!
Hah. They actually called next weeks episode Dabi's Dance. I guess they know what the best part of that chapter is.
One Strip! One Strip!
