I think the caption could be revised to be less wordy, but it's definitely Keep Until Better Image Suggested due to his facial expression.

Unless you read the caption, you'll probably have no idea what the picture is about. To be honest, the detail image linked in the caption is probably a better (though not great) illustration of the trope.
