I like Foxhound because it's not completely reliant on the text, but I'd make it the last 3 panels instead of just the last 2.

I'd rather go with no pic. Even with a lampshade it seems like it's just repeating the trope name with little if any visual support.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"

Yeah, no pic. Any kind of illustration would simply be saying the name of the trope, which could cause misuse of this trope being a stock phrase.
