I have no idea if there's some connection to Fast Eddie (maybe both referencing the same material?), but it made me grin to see that in the patch notes today for Alpha 14.

Apparently having the Fast Eddie perk makes it easier for you to loot places fast.

I've seen "fast Eddie" elsewhere, so they're probably both referencing the same thing. Nice coincidence though.
