Citadel of Fate- Lumina's House

Seating themselves on the chairs at her invitation, Fawnia gave a low whistle at all the potions that Lumina had in stock. She gave a good-hearted chuckle as she watched Lumina packing all of them.

"Woah, hey there, we're not going to be there for months, you know, and me and Thule know healing magic. Nice house, by the way. Small, cozy, just perfect."

Thule raised an eyebrow at his sister's motor mouth, a slight, almost disbelieving smirk on his face.

"Oh, yeah, we were actually on our way to go buy and things. Seeing as you're coming with, we have to budget a bit better, but don't worry! We brought more than enough, so we'll just have to skimp a bit on souvenirs. No problem, I won't mind, and I'm sure Thule won't either."

Her words and smile both seem to be genuine.

Citadel of Fate, Streets

Aicha was walking around with Ulysses, she had already bought him some coal to snack on - according to him he actually could differentiate between single things in his furnace, so one could say he could taste them this way. Currently though she was on the look for company, her journey had been too long to not appreciate any friendly face.

Citadel of Fate - Inside of Aster's House-Workshop

Aster considered Maggie's words carefully. It sermed that the girlvhad no place to call her own. Wheter it was because she was a new arrival to the city or if she had previously lived somewhere here before losing it he did not know. He was about ask something about this when Maggie indicated that she was very hungry.

To this he replied, " But of course! As of now you're a guest in my house and soon to become my apprentice. Thus, it's my duty to take care of you. So come. I will fix something and then if you would like, I can start showing you somethings. And I don't know of any particular available place around these parts. After we are done today though, I can help you go look for one and if we can't find it ... Well, I do have a spare bedroom. Such arrangements are not uncommon among people taking apprentices under their wing, after all."

He then proceed to walk towards the back of the room. There he went through a door, which led to a small kitchen with a reasonably sized wooden table adjacent to it.

Aster then turned to face Maggie, saying, " Please take a seat while I prepare something. I don't have anything fancy, but I would like to think that I can make reasonably good food. While we are at it, is there anything in particular that you like? I can't promise to know many dishes, specially from Storybooks other than Albion. My parents were mage-smiths like me after all. Food at home was simply made, but still rather good. But I will try my best to acommodate you, if there's anything that you would like... "

Citadel of Fate - Lumina's House -> Market

Lumina smiled sheepishly upon Fawnia's comment about how many potions she had given the siblings. To this she gave a chuckle herself and replied, " Don't worry. I have many more ingridients and potions stocked. Plus, I make my livelihood as a healer, not as an apothecary. I charge a reasonable ammount for consults and healing. I don't sell herbs and potions, which I mostly obtain by myself through growing plants and mixing most of the latter as well." She took a few moments to ponder over something, before continuing, " Correct me if I'm wrong, but it is my understanding that we would be traveling straight from one Storybook to another, without returning to this city before going to our next destination. As such, I thought it was better to be prepared. You never know what sorts of ailments you may catch out there. But if this not the case or even if it's but you still feel uncomfortable, you can return what you feel is excessive if you prefer it that way."

Then Lumina's expression softened into a sweet smile as she said, "'And well, if you guys know healing magic, perhaps we could ... Share our knowledge later. I'm not all that poweful normally, but my parents taught a lot of theory behind it and I have a very useful spellbook that they gave me about it on me. But anyway, let's get going shall we?"

After Fawnia and Luthe had returned any items from the sacks that Lumina had given them, if they had returned any at all, to the counter, Lumina proceeded to the move outside. Once her companions had exited the house as well, she would then lock her door.

Then turning to face them, she smiled sweetly upon remembering Fawnia's sincere offer to pay for the food she would need as well. She then said, " A-And it's nice of you to offer to pay for my way as well. But if needed, I have gold on me to help cover towards it. So, please lead the way to the place we're going to."
