I really loved the second Green Lantern episode, mostly because of how it ended. Also, the Watchtower tour episode really made laugh a lot more than I expect.

I was excited for this show, but I just can't get into it. I watch it on-and-off depending on whether the synopsis sounds interesting. It's really using less commonly adapted characters, but ones I don't seem to particularly care about. The short timespan kills it as well.

I still wish CN liked it more though. It gets no ads and airs, like, once a week early in the morning.

Anyone else is tired of Luthor and Apokolips? At least last Apokolips episodes introduced new important and interesting elements (Mr. Miracle and Anti-Life) or had pseudo-appearances of other villains (Though I would like actual Bane appearance). Luthor meanwhile ended punking another villain to get an episode all to himself. That was a Flash episode, couldn't we get Reverse-Flash/Zoom/whatchamacallit or Rouges?

So, a new short. Driving lessons are always troublesome, even if you are a superhero and in space.

Road rage is apparently the first step to becoming a Red Lantern.

That was hilarious.

Space drivers' license. Space cabs. Space atms. Space.

I love this show.

That reminded me so much of that time they kidnapped Bruce Wayne back in The New Batman Adventures. Especially the ensuing chase.

Wow, that ship has cameras everywhere.

Also, I like how quickly Ivy went to Batman for help when she thought they were going to crash.

[up]

Though I have to ask, if Superman, Martian Manhunter and Captain Marvel were already chasing the ship, why did Batman need to do anything? Those three likely would have caught it with less fuss and fear of crashing.

They probably were bored and decided to mess with them a bit for kicks.

Huh. Just caught one of the shorts.

Didn't know Supergirl showed up in the series. Though I guess I shouldn't be that shocked since she has her own series right now, so her popularity is probably higher than usual.

The shorts sometimes premiere characters either before the show does, or stay exclusive to the shorts (Trickster, Metallo, Cheetah, etc.). Supergirl has a couple of episodes coming up.

Cool.

Funny how we never have Superboy and Supergirl in animation at the same time.

Unless Kara is gonna be a secret character in Young Justice that is.

I’m pretty sure DC is saving all their non-Go related material now for their new service.

Can DC Comics put their cartoons on something other than Cartoon Network?

[up]They’re making an On-Demand service (because there aren’t enough of those!) which will have the long awaited third season of Young Justice.

If it’s profitable, expect other cartoons to follow suit.

Too bad it's coming too little, too late to save this show.

I hope they can salvage Lauren Faust's DC Superhero Girls show when it inevitably gets mistreated at Cartoon Network.

This show is too quotable, why must it go so soon?

[up] Christina Miller was mad her network wasn't offered a stake, or she assumed it was violent. So CN let it go. A shame, really.

I would assume it was just CN's normal issues with DC shows. They only aired it once a week at 7 in the morning on Saturday. (Sometimes, they would skip it a lot too.)
