A lean, blue humanoid in odd clothes, vaguely resembling a Chinese mandarin with a small Glasgow grin, is reading a newspaper. He whispers:
"Hmm, Innsmouth, where fish-men from the depths of the sea rise? How coincidental! The Jural Seijin too often rise up from the sea".
The humanoid turns his head to the town. He decides to visit the city of Innsmouth.
