Good in theory, but they'd all look like actual spiders at wiki size.
Edit: I agree with 2; the picture on ComicBook.Spider Man is a great picture of his iconic look. Swap them.

My issue with the current picture: the page feature a comic-book cover, while it is a page for the whole franchise. In fact, this being the first comic-book appearance of Spidey, I think it would fit better on the ComicBook/ page than the current.
For the Franchise page, I would favor something showcasing the many adaptations, with this collage as a starting point. Not used as such, though: I'm suggesting sorting the pictures vertically rather than the current horizontal aligning, as well as adding a couple equivalent faces from the comic book on top (as it is, the picture is focused on live-action and animated adaptation).
