Frankly, I'm not even sure if the cinematic universe is even happening at this point. I just posted the news here since it seemed more fitting, being a Hasbro property.
Is there a main Transformers live action thread? I only found of Bumblebee and The Last Knight.
Ah, yes, my bad. That's indeed the link I wanted to post.

I think that the posted link was incorrect (it seems to go to the Jessica Drew news). Is the following the correct link?
My Games & Writing“The new Transformers film, Rise of the Beasts, will bring the Beast Wars crew to the big screen!”
SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY. Beast Wars was my jam as a kid. It’s really the only Transformers stuff I actually ever got into. This is the most hype news I’ve ever received from this franchise!
“The film will be set in the modern day and will take place in various places around the world.”
Oh. So. Uh. You’re throwing out the Beast Wars premise and just going to be making it about the characters, but following up on the continuity you’ve been developing. I mean, that makes sense. It’s still about the characters I grew up with and loved, so I can deal. Compromises in adaptation and all that.
“The main protagonist will be the same Optimus Prime as the other films. In this movie, he battles the Decepticon villain Scourge, who has been abducting Autobots and also some Maximals from Beast Wars.”
Oh. Oh. So it’s Transformers 7, guest-starring some characters from Beast Wars. Okay. I thought you meant... okay. I get it.
“The film is scheduled for release on—”
No, no, it’s cool. I already jumped off. You, uh, you probably should have shut up and took my money when you had the chance.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.I thought they said a while back that Bumblebee is the start of a new continuity and has no more ties to the Bayformers films?
Yeah it’s listed in the BB continuity.
It’s only the 7th movie in that’s it’s technically the 7th live-action movie like how BB is the 6th Transformers live-action movie despite not being in the Bayformers continuity.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Eh. I like the BB continuity.
Lets hope that they can keep the momentum going.
One Strip! One Strip!Well that's just prime.
Weren't the transformers not part of the cinematic universe?
