There's too many scenes to link, but almost every word out of Joe Pesci's mouth when he was pissed at Macauley Culkin's character in both Home Alone and Home Alone 2 was unscripted. He had lots of trouble making his character not actually swear at the little sadistic bastard who was trying to kill him, particularly since he was not long after filming "Goodfellas".

I have seen ad-libs for the ending scene of the Dark Knight, which is a pretty heavy scene but Narm-y if you squint, that had me bawling with laughter. Not sure if this should be a Forum Game, but, if anyone wants to give it a shot.
