You should ask this in the Video Game Recommendations topic. Also, may be a good idea to say what genres you're interested in(rpg, fighting, etc.)
The better comparison would be PS+ Instant Game Collection vs Games With Gold, as PS Now is a streaming service you have to pay extra for on top of the normal online fee (if you don't already know by now you need PS+ to play PS 4 online just like XBL Gold) which Microsoft doesn't have an equivalent for.
Their current gen (PS 4 and Xbox One) offerings are pretty similar right now (indie games, launch titles and other games that didn't quite take off) while as far as last gen is concerned, Sony's usually put out better stuff than MS has but that's been changing recently.
Ultimately their pretty equal in most respects and if your using these services as a decision point between the two systems I wouldn't bother since if you have either system and play online you're going to have the corresponding service anyways (You need PS+ for PS 4 online which includes IGC, and you need Xbox Live Gold for Xbone Online which includes Games with Gold)

As noted, this is redundant with the recommendations topic.

Very similar products. What would be more worth it?
