CoLC crossover RP, discussion

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person around here who actually uses the watchlist... Anyway, you guys don't have to put reminders here or PM me that you made a signup; I will already know. You just have to accept that this is a forum, not an instant messenger, and I can't be here 24/7. I'll get to the new signups when I can, in particular after I get in contact with my friends to see if any of them have played Crash Bandicoot. (I know one watches Samurai Jack, so I've got that covered.)

So that aside, I am now here and fully recapped. Need to check on some things and, as mentioned, see if I can contact any of my friends, and then I'll try to get a main thread post up in hopefully not too long.

@Weirdguy 149: You can't have your Samurai Jack be the same Samurai Jack that was previously in the RP.

Anyway, just a quick post so that Truth Hurts 22 won't have to wait on me as much, and I'm gonna head out. But before I forget, my work schedule for the upcoming week:

A semi-easy week for me, four evening shifts in a row, Tuesday through Friday. Wednesday is relatively short, Thursday is moderate, and Tuesday and Friday are a bit long.

Also, next Saturday is my birthday. I'm not currently planning on making it a full hiatus for the RP, but I might still take the day off from personally posting.

As for tomorrow, (or for most of you reading this, "today") I'm sleeping in with no alarm set since I have a three day weekend, so I don't expect to be back on until late. I'll probably just be staying home, but depending on when I'm awake and what I feel like doing I might go out.

Here now, fully recapped. This is later than I intended to first be getting on, but I had some troubles sleeping and actually still feel a little tired now because of it, despite how long it's been. Anyway, I'm going to check on some things and then see about working on a post.

Funny thing that I was thinking similar thoughts. Specifically being tempted to switch to Grimlock at a good time (like in a day transition or something) to help with the challenge and all the shenanigans that could happen from Grimlock trying to be a parent. XD And for some reason I feel like that, if Grimlock does adopt her and counts, Yoshika will end up in Grim's world when this all ends because he's officially his dad. Can you imagine all the possibilities with that?

Well, gonna get going for the night again. Still sleeping in with no alarm, but I'm going to bed earlier tonight in hopes of sleeping with fewer issues. So I should be on a lot earlier tomorrow too.

Here now, fully recapped. Later than I was expecting to wake up, but on the plus side I feel great. I'm going to check on some things and then start to work on a post; I'm possibly going to head out for a bit in about an hour, so I'll try to have it done before then. But if not, I'll save it in a text document and finish up once I'm back.

EDIT: Well, and now I better head out for tonight. Tomorrow I have something I need to get done, so I'll be having an alarm set despite having the day off; I should be on earlier than I was on today, but I'm not sure how much earlier since it depends on how long that takes. I'd guess around a couple hours or more.

Oh, and depending on how I'm feeling and such, I might head out somewhere for dinner as a sit-in deal, but I'll be sure to get on and recap and post first before deciding what I'll do.

Here now, fully recapped. Going to check on some things and then see about working on a main thread post. Still not sure if I'm going to be heading out later yet; turns out there's some things I should try to get done today here at home.

EDIT: Well, got super caught up hanging out with one of my friends, doing some stuff we haven't been able to for a long while now, and lost track of time. Sorry to say that I need to get going for tonight and don't really have the time to stay up and make another post.

Also unfortunately, with tomorrow's evening shift I'm unlikely to be getting on for any posting before it, and it goes rather late. I don't expect to be getting on until as late as five hours later than when I got on today.

Here now, fully recapped. Good news, bad news guys.

Good news: I got to go home from work an hour early instead of taking a thirty minute break because it was slow.

Bad news: After I got off my computer last night, some stuff came up that left me in an anxiety episode, and I barely got any sleep because of that. I am also now feeling depressed as well.

So, I'm still gonna try to make a post, just after I check on some things, but I think it might be my only post tonight, both because I'm not feeling well and because I think I'll be going to bed early. To get some other things out of the way now so I don't have to worry about it later: If I do get to bed early I'll be much more likely to get on before work. Also, the shift tomorrow ends and hour earlier than I got off today, (and that's including getting off an hour early) so I should also be on earlier after work, too, hopefully.

Here now, fully recapped. Still had a bit of trouble sleeping last night which is why I didn't get on before work; I needed that extra time to catch up on more sleep. Other than still feeling a little tired though, I'm feeling much, much better than yesterday. I'm going to check on some things and then see about working on a post; I'm a bit distracted with laundry though so it might take a while.

EDIT: Alright, with that post I'm heading out for tonight. Tomorrow I'm not too likely to be on before work, I'm sorry to say. As for after work, the shift is scheduled to go an hour later than tonight's was; I won't have to start laundry when I get home though, so while it'll probably still be later, it might not be a whole hour later.

Here now, fully recapped. Got distracted for a while after getting home talking with and watching some stuff with my dad. Also man you guys have been kinda lively in the thread today; I'm gonna check on some things and then start to work on a post, but I think it might take me a bit to type up.

EDIT: Well, I guess this is what I get for posting late; since there's only one post since my last one, I'm gonna go ahead and get going for tonight without another post.

Tomorrow's shift starts later than the rest of the shifts this week did, but I'm keeping my alarm set to the same time; that way, hopefully I'll be awake with enough time to hop on and maybe even post before I have to leave for work. As for after work though, unfortunately it goes an hour and a half later, so it's probably about that much later in timeframe that I'll be getting on.

Just popping in for a quick before work post. I don't expect to be back until something like 6-7 hours from now.

Looks like I'll also have enough time to pop into skype for a little bit too.

EDIT: Here now and fully recapped; I was once again allowed to go home an hour early because it was slow. It looks like it's been oddly quiet since I left up until about now. I'm going to check on some things and then see about working on a post to have up hopefully soon.

Have no post yet since I need to decide how to handle Gon and wi-fi was a bit hard to get into in the Ascott at first.

Alright, with that post I'm calling it done for the night; I'm not going to bed just yet, but I'm starting to feel tired and I don't think I could make another decent post between now and when I do go to bed.

So tomorrow (technically today because after midnight, but that's not how I count it) is my birthday, and as I mentioned a ways back, I'm basically going to give myself the day off from posting. That is, I'll post if I really feel like posting, but I won't pressure myself to post if not. Also I'm sleeping in with no alarm set and will probably be going out to get some food somewhere, but that's whatever since I might not be posting anyway.

But for one last thing I'll make myself do before that, my work schedule for this coming week: I've got myself a quasi-vacation of sorts since it is my birthday tomorrow and my boss was cool with it. So I don't have work again until Thursday, which is a moderate evening shift. Then another moderate evening shift Friday, which is the same length though a bit later. Then a moderate early shift Saturday, and a pretty short early shift next Sunday.

So the only big thing of note with that work schedule is that I'll barely be online Friday night.

Here now, fully recapped. Though I still intend to take the next few days off work taking things easy, my "I'm not going to post today unless I feel like it" thing for my birthday is thus done. I'm going to check on some things first; if I can get in touch with one of my friends, I'll probably be getting to the new signups before working on a main thread post, since they've been waiting longer.

Also, just to let everyone know, I'm tentatively planning on transitioning to Day 16 sometime around next weekend.

I expect to be home in the ballpark of an hour earlier than I was on today, but my mom wants me to work on some stuff with her as soon as I get home; then, sometime later in the day tomorrow after all that, we're going out to have a family dinner.

So all in all, I'm really not sure when I'll be online. If I have the time to be on before we leave for dinner, it'd probably be around the same time I got on today, but if not, then I probably won't be on until hours later. My apologies to those waiting on me.

Here now, fully recapped. Done with all my stuff for the day; the stuff with my mom didn't end up taking too long, and we went to dinner right afterward. Unfortunately the stuff isn't completely finished though, so we'll have to get back at it tomorrow.

Anyway, I'm going to check on some things and then see about starting on a post, though I must admit that right now I'm feeling pretty writer's blocked.

Tomorrow I'm waking up early before work, but it's to see about that stuff I need to work on with my mom; but maybe if I'm lucky and that goes really quickly, then I could possibly hop on my computer and post before going to work. Yeah, everyone's in the Skype for this so there's no real use for this thread outside of Firock saying his dues.

Yes, though sometimes I do really wish it weren't so. It makes me feel a bit bad for those that aren't in the skype chat that they barely get any socialization from the RP outside of the main thread.

It's part of why I made the suggestion a ways back of doing some fun stuff in the discussion thread now and then. Though nobody else really seemed on board with the idea.

Anyway, I'm here now and fully recapped. I'm going to check on some things and then try to start on a post. I'm feeling exhausted though, as sleep last night wasn't the best and work earlier was really busy, so it might take me a while.

EDIT: Sorry to go without another post, but I'm gonna call it for tonight guys. I'm not feeling well all of a sudden. I'm gonna try to get to bed early so I can have a decent sleep tonight. With any luck though, this means I'll be actually online for a while before work.

... Which would be good, because as I mentioned before, tomorrow night I'm barely going to be online after work. My shift goes a half hour later, and I have early work the day after tomorrow, so I'll have to get going really early tomorrow night.
