Exactly as it says on the tin. I just joined yesterday. I tried to sign up for a forum RP, but got stuck when it came to posting my character's appearance. I got a "Sorry, new accounts cannot post external links." even when I already uploaded the images I want via the Image Uploader, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't external to TV Tropes anymore.
I just want to post a link and have it take the clicker to an image I want. How long do I have to wait before I can do it?
