I'm surprised this topic hasn't popped up, but we barely know anything about the series' resident recurring character. All we do know is that he looks creepy, is pretty nice, and he's pretty much a (somewhat) modern Archmage. Almost wish we got a bit of backstory for him. It would certainly give him some depth.
