Yeah, and that's not even the worst shocker for this show. Wait until they find out just what state Falin is in once they defeat the dragon. Or what her resurrection looks like in animation.

Optimism is a duty.I'm definitely excited for people to find out more about Falin. A lot are assuming a straightforward "beat the dragon and resurrect Falin" plotline.

Probably fewer people are assuming that now, after those two posts.
It's been fun. This plot point is years old by now, and anyone who has spent time in this thread before would already know about it.
Optimism is a duty. The anime is currently airing. We ought to be considerate of people who are only now experiencing the series.
It's been fun. You're right, I edited a spoiler into my comment. I apologize, as I let my guard down because it seemed only manga readers have been talking about it in this thread.

You too ~Red Mess
New theme music also a boxDo we know how many episodes will be in the anime?
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Yes, and it's nowhere near enough to complete the story at this pace.
Optimism is a duty. Will need another 26-episode season it seems, hope Trigger is ready and willing to finish this series since IMO the manga only get's really interesting after the part it seems this season will adapt.
GNOMES!
Also the dreaded and feared tentacle monster

New theme music also a boxThat tentacle monster felt like much more of a deal in the comics.
Optimism is a duty.last be glad it was'nt the naughty kind
also,I thought Senshi would never take his hat off,how wrong I was!
New theme music also a boxYou'll see more of helmetless Senshi in the future.
Optimism is a duty.Huh, this whole subplot about unravelling the immortality spell never comes up again, does it? Odd that they kept it in.

Optimism is a duty. You might want to spoiler that. Ultimatum is anime-only.
The frog suits are so much funnier with the garish colors.
so are the tentacles. Seeing it in colour makes all the difference here.
It's already time for the dragon fight, too. That was a little faster than I thought it would be.
Optimism is a duty.Oh yeah, the tentacles are gorgeous.
> Ultimatum is anime-only.
Pretty much,in terms of manga I've only read up to like volume 1,once this show finishes I'll probably continue to read the manga
New theme music also a boxFor the first time in a few years, I have decided to watch an anime at all... and I chose this one for the first episode, English Dub voice, I'm gonna be honest about that upfront, so, yeah, there ya go.
...Shoot, yeah, I can vibe with this setting, and the cast following the protag here around. I like how the show instantly makes it clear from the word go that Laios actually isn't going to be some boring, flat, stiff piece of wood, but a guy brimming with passion... to a rather concerning extent, about cooking up monster giblets and eating them... and fuck it, I'm HERE for it. Marcille is adorable as well (and special shout-out to Emily Rudd for continuing to kick butt in the anime sphere0, hilariously relatable at first, before switching over time to weirdly like eating monsters, much to her horror... and Senshi is goodest boi. I like Senshi, he's a keeper.
Yeah, let's freakin' go, definitely glad I started with this one.
Robin: Don't ever ask me to dock with you again. Serious...A very good choice, if you plan to watch one anime every few years!
You picked the right anime to watch once in a blue moon, hahaha. This show is a wonder.
Yeah the Undine's headshot caught a lot of people off guard.
