Soon after the game loads up it... Closes out? Strange. The four figures ready the equipment to record as soon as this happens.
Meanwhile, on Alex and Ingru's end of things, their game screen transitions to a view of Theodora in the window, along with a menu bar at the top with six strange options, three of which resemble different cursor shapes. You can even see Veto standing behind her.

Rifa's dissapointed at not being able to fling people around, but that won't stop him.
His next attempt is to pick up and drop the bed behind Alex, to see if that works.

Suddenly, the room shakes due to the bed being picked up and dropped on the ground, and the two of them quickly jump out of their chair and turn around.

Theodora is rather confused, to say the least. She gestures to the computer and says to Veto, "Is this normal? The game just disappeared."

Rifa grins at the sight of Alex and Ingru flinching. The powers this game grants... so godlike! In fact, Rifa, you ARE a god!
...but at what cost, Rifa? You could be a spiteful god, who scorns those beneath, but... you're already at the top. To off your subjects would leave you with no dominion to rule over. You'd be a god with no power.
Rifa reflects on the morality of being a god and decides to spare Alex and Ingru. That said, they still must know of his position so he begins his next task: removing video games and books from the shelf to create a (crude) statue in Rifa's likeness.
It's vaguely humanoid and incredibly unstable. Taking a step or two towards it would probably be enough to topple it.

They take a seat back at the computer, while keeping their eyes peeled on the book/video game statue.
Ingru takes ahold of the mouse and deviously begins clicking on Theodora relentlessly.

Thalla was pretty blown away by the graphics too, she sent a silent prayer to the goddess for this marvelous technology before she responded to gol "I see this... office or study room, it is pretty luxurious it seems, there's also this... fish-man in there, it seems odd, yet cute" She sent, as she began to fiddle with the cursors, mousing over, stuff, clicking stuff and the fish-person, in an exploratory manner.

Theodora gets a weird feeling all of a sudden...almost like some gohstlike entity is trying to provoke her...
"Yes, everything is going normally. Your server player can display some objects that will help us get into our location and will be pretty useful once we get there. However, they seem to-"
Veto is interrupted when the cursor pulls away his mask, revealing a face not unlike the four other humanoids. The fuschia one snickers a bit at this.
"... Have an interesting sense of humor..." Veto says, not pleased. He sighs, then pressed a button on his cloak. The cloak folds away revealing a similar figure to the other four, although he is instead wearing a dark suit with a bright green tie, hovering a bit to keep the same eye level.
"Well, so much for sunspense. Could you tell Ingru and Alex to be a bit more careful with moving stuff around?"
It seems as though you can move objects around with the first one. The second one can expand rooms it seems, as you accidentally expand Gol's current room slightly. The third and fourth options seem to be for deploying some strange machines? There's three machines, as well as another one of those cards, except this one has a picture and is punched in. The machines are kind of big. One is pretty thin, another reminds you of a platform, and the third one resembles some sort of pipe thingy. Maybe you should find a place to put these machines? The fifth one opens up some sort of resource manager. You have about 18 Build grist, having used up 2 fiddling around with the controls. The last two seem mostly empty right now, but will probably have something later on,

Gol felt a weird sensation as they were clicked on. Not initially painful, but the little movement was troublesome.
"AGH!"
The necrotic patch on their back flared up as Thalla tried to click on them. They fell back in shock as the room suddenly got bigger.
"By the depths! How...?"
Space didn't just appear like that. And they were at the top of a massive tower, how was it immediately so stable? After sitting on the floor confused for a second Gol stood up and threw a book at the edge of the room, discovering that it was indeed perfectly stable. They cautiously edged into it and further confirmed the assumption. Evidently, this game was serious business.
"That...That could well be me. Purple, glowing? Anyway, my room just freaking grew, so that's new."
As they waited on a response, they returned to their desk and inspected the cards. Maybe this held a clue to the strange circumstance.

The blank cards don't seem to be much help, but they soon shuffle themselves into some sort of abstract game deck. The other two read Queue and Bubble, with the deck defaulting to Queue, though you're not quite sure what that means.

Gol looked at the cards, still pretty confused by the weird setup.
"Huh. My cards just did a thing. Queue or bubble, whatever those means. You got options like that?"
They looked back down at the deck again and made thinking noises.
Gol looked at the deck some more. They started pacing up and down while inspecting it, trying to think more clearly, but didn't get far as they promptly walked right into a bookcase, several textbooks falling down off it and knocking the cards out of their hands.
"Not my proudest moment."

Theodora decides to ignore the odd feeling, and sends a message to Alex and Ingru saying Veto requests that you be a bit more careful moving things around. I would also like to back up his request, seeing as you could potentially wake up my husband. He's very loud when woken from sleep.

"Do you like the statue? It's a powerful testament to how grateful you should be that I can watch over and protect you now."
In the meantime Rifa examines the toolbar of Sverse, mousing over all the tools to try and examine what all the options are... the thin thingamajig in particular catches his eye.

After clicking on each of the icons once, Alex/Ingru decide to take a look around at the different rooms in the house, trying to find the best places to set down the different object they're given.

The machines are pretty big, though. They definetly wouldn't fit well in the "bedroom", at least not without knocking down your wonderful statue. the camera follows Alex around by default, but maybe you can move it around using the arrows and other buttons in the topleft corner? Hmm...
forgot to add this above, but there should also be a keyboard like thingy in the stuff.

Thalla looks at the messages from Gol and puts 2 and 2 together; she's directly controlling her client's chambers. This was... unnatural, no one but the goddess should have these powers. She kept looking at her messages. "Ah, yes, I do have cards here. Apologies for the disturbances on your home, I was learning how to work this console... I have option to add more space if we were to need so, I apparently can move things too... there's also some... machines here to place. Perhaps I should place them? would that be agreeable? Though I must admit I have no idea if I can, they seem to depend om some kind of resource, does the word Girst mean anything to you?" she sent as she pondered the moral implications of the powers she'd been given. She decided to look at the cards to see if they could shine more light onto it.

The cards are not very helpful. Most of them are blank, with two others reading Queue and Prayer.
The machines don't appear to have a grist cost, implying they might be free to deploy.

Gol made a strange noise as the textbook disappeared but just kicked the shelf and then decided to ignore it for now. Maybe that related to one of the machines.
"Grist? I don't know... I seem to remember something about grain but that doesn't seem right here. Hang on, might be able to help here."
Gol left the room and walked into the hall, where they walked up another staircase onto the roof, the disc following behind them. There were railings on the edge and an air conditioning unit but otherwise there was a lot of empty space, as well as a pretty good view, up there.
"OK, can you still see me? Put them down here."

Thalla lays out the cards and picks up the prayer one. It appealed to her, that word. "Yes I see, this ample space will work for our machinery, Miss Gol" she sent as she began pulling out the deployable machines and sets them carefully on the rooftop of the apartment, as not to cause any more strife on her client.

Gol watched in quiet wonderment as the machines appeared out of seeming nothingness. They looked between the machines, wondering what to do first.
After a little deliberation, they wandered over to the pipe-looking thingy.
"I'm gonna try the pipe-looking thingy first."
Gol climbed on top of the machine - their diminutive stature meant they couldn't reach it otherwise - and tried to turn the large wheel on the side. There was no guarantee this was what a player was meant to do but it seemed logical and the others didn't have an obvious control scheme.

As you turn the wheel, something seems to try to come out of the pipe thingy, but the lid's too heavy to let it come through. You guess you'll need to remove the lid first, somehow.
As you look closer, you start to make out some tiny font, which says the following:
Capatchalogues items normally. To retrieve items, send out a prayer to the god/goddess of your kind, and if they will it, you will retrieve your item.

The keyboard thing seems like it could fit without a hitch, but Alex and Ingru already have a keyboard... that'd be silly.
Rifa decides to move on and click on the arrows, to try and exit the bedroom. Those ones he can at least take a guess on, most of the other icons look too similar for him to have an idea of what to do.
"Alex, I can't bless you any more at the moment. There's too much shit in your room." And like hell you're going to move the beautiful statue you've erected.

The arrows in the corner seem to move the camera around. it seems like you could move over to different areas of Alex's house this way without having to follow them around the entire time. The other cursors seem to be for building rooms and placing items or something.

Gol stubbornly continued to try the wheel even after it proved hopeless but eventually faltered as they lost their footing and fell to the ground.
"BY THE DARK ONES, I SHALL END YOU FOUL CYLINDER!"
Gol screamed as they lay on the ground before standing up and clearing their throat loudly. They glared at the machine for a while before deciding this was probably going to need help.
"Thalla, would you kindly SMASH THAT DAMN THING?!"
Theodora wasn't quite sure what a "reality show" was, or what he meant by "recording" (Were they going to write down what happened? She didn't see any writing utensils), but she said "No, I don't mind." She glanced at the other cloth men(?) again, then turned back to the laptop screen, watching the constantly changing patterns with some fascination.
