Basically, this is very YMMV. At most, it'd be Trivia. This has nothing to do with the show itself, as it's how the show affects other works.
But the real issue is subjectivity. The trope isn't inherently subjective ("No later works will use this name" is pretty objective), but a lot of examples basically say "... but other ones do, but they don't count" or "... but other ones do, but they're a different genre so they don't count." Many examples boil down to "okay, sure, there are others, but this is the show the name will likely make you think of" which is purely YMMV (and this is the definition used in the description).
Additionally, there should be cleanup or at least limitations on how... much of a name this has to be. I pulled some examples because they're plainly, well, weren't names before the show. If I named a characters Shamalamacrockberg, it wouldn't get an entry on the page.
