Huh. Cool. I really enjoyed the first two games. The third one... I didn't have a fast enough computer for a while, and when I rebought it through Go G, I got frustrated with how easy it was to make the wrong decision and never be able to accrue enough money to reach some of the goals. Unlike the first two, there didn't seem to be a ride that would consistently make a profit.
Never thought I'd see a Next Gen Simulator like this. I thought the genre died off for the most part. I'm EXCITED for this!
Took me a couple of watches to realize that it wasn't actually all animated but a blend. Very good work on that designers part.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans. Its times like this where I realize how fucking horrifying video games can be.
I want off Mr. Bones Wild Ride.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Oh, I remember this one. When I saw the thread screencap, I couldn't stop laughing.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."Though, to be fair, you can't activate a roller coaster without the track being complete.
Nope. A number of coasters don't describe a complete circuit to allow for the "ride goes through the sequence, then loops back to the beginning. Reverse-incline coasters or powered launch generally. Heck, there's an RCT 3 video out there of bizarre coasters which has a water slide which consistently drops riders into a 1x1 swimming pool located some distance away, walking away apparently happy for the experience.
Okay, why didn't anyone tell me that there was a Rollercoaster Tycoon World in development?
Here's a Behind the Scenes video:
