You would need some way to disambiguate them. Instead of a hypothetical band, how about giving the actual name so a meaningful answer might be given?

...with the same exact name as a different band, which already has a page, what could one do about it? For example, if there was a band called "The Tropes" with an article already made, and there was another band with the exact same name, how would one go about making an article about the other band? Thanks in advance for answers. Sorry if it has already been asked.
