Okay, technically it's not. It's not produced by Kojima or del Toro. But if you wanted more of that "P.T" feel this is fairly close.

...Developed by fans as a spiritual successor to [P.T], [Alison Road] will play from the same first-person perspective and be set in a highly detailed home – in this case a town house in Bristol. Through the house, the unnamed protagonist will collect evidence of a grisly crime...

Kickstarter has been canceled.

Why? They found a publisher who will fund the game.
