History pages have notification controls for editing issues, letting you send predefined messages to tropers. That is supposed to be there. Don't use them unless there is actually an issue, though, and you can always click on their name to send them a private message rather than a predefined one.

Whenever I view the history of a page I just edited, the page keeps asking for someone to send me a message about a standard editing issue. What does this mean? Did I do something wrong? I'm new here, so I might not be doing everything perfectly just yet.
