Second confession: I was planning to make Daren an Arcane Trickster from the get-go, not knowing in what level we would stop, but now I face the problem of having a negative spellcasting modifier( Intelligence). It would actually be fun if it came to that.

Just to get things clear, Daren also thought about calling himself Life Light Delight in contrast with Wimsey's name.

Sorry about the absence, I was in a Game Jam working my ass off to create an eletronic game in less than 48 hours. I couldn't really give attention to nothing else. But hey, we are almost done here! Congratulations, all..one year and a half, 800 posts...that's a record over here in these forums, ain't it?

Indeed! Thanks the great Pyrite for keeping it all trucking! Despite my constant tardiness.

Aaaaaand it's a wrap. Just wanted to thank the three of you for sticking with the game to the bitter end, even if we lost half our players along the way (and I don't blame them). Thanks to them too for hanging around for as long as they could, and Red Savant for helping to handle NPC duties in the first part of the game - and scheming with me to come up with some of them.

On hindsight, I really didn't know what I was getting into when I was thinking of running a play-by-post game of 5th Ed, considering that it's my first time DM-ing and the second time I've tried to run an RP on the forums. What should've been covered in a single session in real life ran for more than a year, so I sincerely apologise if you didn't get as much mechanical satisfaction out of the game as you might've hoped. At the very least, we should've started at a slightly higher level instead of starting at 1, so that you could at least work with proper archetypes and hopefully not die in 2-3 hits.

On the other hand, PBP gives the DM a hell of a lot of time to adapt to player actions, which can be either a good or a bad thing - since I'm bad at improvising, I needed the extra time. I hope the railroading wasn't too intrusive: part of it was motivated by trying to get this to end as quickly and cleanly as possible.

Kyef or whoever else is interested, if you want to use the universe that Golimar and the Empire of Xanthra are set in, you're welcome to it - it's just that I never really developed anything beyond the city of Golimar itself. The rest is up to your imagination.

Once again, thanks, and best of luck with any further RPs you choose to run or take part in. As for me... well, I could use a break.

And finished! An RP that actually finished properly! That's more than most G Ms can brag about. This was quite a fun game and once again, thank you for it!

That was fun dude, and Lord knows it certainly got way further than any 5E RP I've tried to run on this site.

If you ever want to run a sequel to this, or another RP, I'm always game.

Firstly thanks to each and every one of you for sharing this adventure with me, even the ones that leaved early. This was up in a very hard moment for me and this rp helped in making some days ligther.

I don't know about you guys, but I had a blast and caugth myself laughing out loud in public from the start to the very last post. Pyrite was the one with most work and did so exceptionally well. nman, despite our characters always clashing, I hope we play a lot more togheter. And Daltar, we did it, you did it! Who knows you might dm this someday.

Well, I guess I mentioned picking the dm seat too soon judging from the silence earlier. If that's the case I apologize. I was excited about the next hook I came up with, that's all, never meant to disrespect.

Anyways, you guys let me know when we can reopen interest check and signups, specially Pyrite, do you want me to wait for you at all?

Nah, don't mind me. Will be busy with work and stuff in the days to come, so I don't think I'll be able to commit to an RP in the near future.

I don't plan on going anywhere, so if you make a game I'll certainly stick to it.

I might want to roll up a new character, though, since after a year there's all sorts of awesome stuff I've been wanting to do in 5E.

You'll have the chance to do it. I'll let you guys "deposit" your curent levels and make lv3 characters from scratch, forming a new party if so you choose. Deadpool 616 said he has interest in returning, too.
