Poor Image: Ramona Quimby

Nothing but an illustration from one of the books; it's even by that new, crappier artist (I forgot what her name was supposed to be, and I don't care, either) instead of the older, much better artist, Alan Tiegreen. A collage of all the book covers (preferably of the first edition covers) would look much better.

I think I'd prefer something that focuses more on Ramona; that said, I don't really agree with the overall sentiment in the OP. I think this◊ is one of the illustrations from the original run of the books...thoughts?

OP is basically, "I don't like it."

Current is fine. The difference between that and is focus on the situation or the character. Either works.

I still think a collage of book covers would look much better, but ah well.

I do prefer the suggestion in post #2, as it focuses primarily on Ramona. If I wasn't familiar with the series, I would have thought that Susan, the girl on the right, was Ramona. #2 also captures her essence, which the current fails to do.

Alternatively, there's this◊, this◊, or this◊, all of which capture Ramona's spirit far better than the current page image.

Already changed the image, I don't know anything about this series so I can't suggest a caption but I don't think it needs one.
