Was going to do a welcoming post to you but I messed up somehow and posted on the game thread xD
Right now, we've got Keaton, an former PK running from actual P Ks, Lena is a Green running with her Yellow contact, Will to the old runner training grounds, and our former Blue is missing, so you can be the plan B to help the Centipede(former PK) extraction.
Or you can be on Leaf's(the red about to be rescued) company helping her get rid of some heat right on the old training grounds, where they are now. Or be part of the team the yellow contact, or be looking for her on your own.
Now, talking about skills: You can be fast, pack a punch, be acrobatic and stealthy, but please tell me how you want them to be, in cresecent order. You are probably not going to be very explosive and do crazy adraenaline moves, or last more than a few miles without having to rest, tough. But don't worry, you guys are just starting and can get plenty of training, if game time allows it.
As for affiliations, you could have been a former red or just trained with them by proving you were worth, whatever fits Breeze best, even trained with Leaf, the ex-(Red, in this world)runner that trained Faith if Frederick Gestalt has enough connections.
And you most certainly could have bonds with the Pinks, even helping them with some jobs. Hell, they might have been your main income source.
Also guys, gonna edit the last post on game thread as soon as my connection stabilizes. Keaton and Gabriel can post now and I'll adapt my post if needed.

Well, Skylar is the following, in order from highest to lowest.
- Fast
- Stealthy
- Acrobatic
- Packs a punch
However, she's not the most durable of people, considering she wears the bare minimum of gear so that she keeps her speed.
Also, she has done a few jobs for the Pinks, and agrees with their philosophy and beliefs, and is associated with Leaf through Frederick and by being a former Red Runner trained under him. But really, she loved to stay on the move, so that's why she switched to a Yellow Runner, while still keeping her skills as a Red one.

Okay. That's all I needed to know. These are your options for joining:
- help Keaton flee the P Ks;
- be a contact awaiting Will at the Harbour(you too have a very similar flow to say the least);
- be an independent rescuer for Leaf that Lena will find along the way;
- Be surviving the waves of Pursuit Cops with Leaf this whole time.
Just pick your way and I'll implement it.

So, Undying Phoenix, as far as Skylar and Fred are concerned, they know nothing of Project Icarus yet for having no sufficient contacts. All they know is that the blues are starting to get trigger happy and that the Runners need to watch out for their lives since the Connors incident. To give an example, this I'd the first time ever Skylar is called to help a Runner avoid Blues and all. Things are getting a lot weirder in this City for her, more than the usual.
