My vote would be to link the PSA in either the pic or the "Any questions?" part of the caption and call it good.

I'm not feeling it, but it doesn't really disturb me to the point I'd say pull it.

Keep Until Better Image Suggested for me, though the caption could be changed to "And this is your brains on drugs" to make it a bit clearer.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"

I agree.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.

I think a link to the PSA would be nice, so everyone gets the reference.

^ Works well enough.

I've gone ahead and swapped that new caption in and tagged the page. Locking up.

This index page has a pic of two frying eggs, which refers to this anti-drug PSA from the 1980s, where the title of the index also comes from. But if you're not familiar with that video, the connection between the title and the image it's not at all clear, and the pic itself has nothing to do with drugs. For example, while I was familiar with the phrase "this is your brain on drugs" through Popcultural Osmosis, I'd never seen the video until today, so before that I had no idea what fried eggs have to do with drugs.
