Finishing up the holster for Brahian's pistol Laithelryn heads to the armory to select some weapons.

bRuH slides the Home Defender cleanly into its new sheath, attaching it to her belt. He then puts the pistol into its new holder and attaches it to the other side of her belt.

"say..... do we have any nerf guns, perchance?"

D wanders over to the others' location. It occurs to him that he still hasn't been assigned a role on the ship.

Chris sees the fake gun he made earlier laying on the ground. He picks it up and hands it to Brah. "As a matter of fact, we do. That is to say, you do."

"Hi D! How are you?"

"oh, hey d!!!! hold on, we had a list of roles yet to fill. we could use a doctor if youre good with medicine, a helmsman if you wanna try driving, a navigator if you like maps...."

"oh hey, thanks!" bRuH says to Chris. "this'll come in handy later.... anyone seen engie around?"

A young black-haired person with glasses appears near D and Chris. "Where am I?" They ask to no one in particular.

Laithelryn returns from the armory with a couple of knives, a dagger, a sword and a pistol.
"Your name is D? Salutations! What role on the ship do you think you would like?"
Laithelryn places the weapons on the table and begins reading the books brought from the library.

Laithelryn thinks for a moment.
"Can you design strategies? You could be the Ship's Strategist?

"Quartermaster... Does that entail making weapons?"

They approach them. "What are you guys doing?" They ask casually.

"I could, in a crew of this size it probably would but the roles could be separated if you wanted them to be!"

"Do you have a list?" They ask Bruh.

"Yes, it would be nice to have somebody help me modify these weapons! There is a list, I left it on the captain's desk, I made a copy though!"
