Chris cuts off the connection linking Greg's symptoms to Peter, taking them on himself, No. You're not. Please... He adds, running a hand through Peter's hair, a concerned if loving look on his face, go sit down and relax. "Does that sound good to you, Peter?"

"Yeah, that sounds good." With the link closed, Peter's mental condition gets significantly better. It seems he can handle one person's addiction symptoms, just not two.
Laithelryn has awakened and is practicing levitation on the observation deck once again.
"...So are one of you two gonna go get the movie and put it in, or should I?" Athena asks.
Chris starts to dig through the movies and finds 'The Fellowship of the Rings', he slips the disc into the dvd player and sits close to Peter on the couch, shaking and tensing a bit as the symptoms start to take effect. He does try to put up a facade, but it might not be super effective.

As lord of the rings is mentioned Laithelryn teleports into the movie room with popcorn at the ready.

"Eh, you should." He rubs his hand against Chris' back to try to ease him as he sits down on the couch, grabbing his stick with the other hand for support.
Athena decides to sit next to Peter and Chris, attempting to be friendly. She leaves them to their cuddling and romance, of course, as they watch the movie.
Chris sends a message to Lai, We're watching a Lord of the Rings marathon, would you like to watch with us?
He leans against Peter, wrapping an arm around his shoulders. He calms down a bit with the contact, though there is an occasional twitch.
"I'm as free as the dust in the solar wind."
((I would but I felt it would be too powerful of my character to teleport at will. ^_^))
"You are? Most excellent! It may be bereft of my second favourite character but my first and third favourites are still in it!"
A very happy and excited Laithelryn rushes to the movie room with a few hovering platters of tea and snacks for everyone.
"Salutations everyone!"
Laithelryn sits down on a nearby armchair.
*There is a plushie in the movie room, sitting on a random whatever.*
The fact that only 140 characters are allowed here is honestly so disappointing to me.
He's watching the movie. "Oh, hey Lai."
Athena focuses her conscious mind completely on the movie, watching intently. Meanwhile, however, her unconscious psychic powers begin to activate, without her being aware of it. If it is successful, they would heal Pete and Chris of their ailments, while imparting them partially onto Athena.

Laithelryn watches the film with a pleased expression.
Athena should begin feeling a slight craving for boosters, which will lower her focus if not attended to soon. She'll also feel some soreness and stiffness throughout her body, particularly on her hands and legs.
"...?" Peter is slightly confused by his sudden healing, and presses down on his legs a couple times to make sure.

Chris takes some tea, smiling toward Lai while leaning his head against Peter's shoulder.
His symptoms of withdrawal fade thanks to Athena, he does get a little worried that they somehow leaked out through the link to Peter or Greg however, Athena might also feel a slight stinging sensation in her left shoulder, and in three long lines along her face where both groups of Chris' major scars are, Peter... are you alright??

*Seconds later, the door to the VR room is kicked open, and I take a step inside, before the door promptly slams in my face.*

There seems to be no mental response whatsoever.
Engie will see Greg seated limply at the hub, his helmet sparking at random and dried blood running down the side of his head. The brain wave and vital readings have both seemed to have flatlined...the container for a depleted booster lies at his feet.

Three thin lines appeared on her face where Chris's scars were. She'd never felt anything like this before. "Excuse me, I just need to... Uh... Go to the restroom..." She said, before walking out of the lounge stiffly.
