Welll, which route should we take? Sneak on board, or jump on the train once it's outside?

I'm also caught. It'll be hard to try and sneak onboard, and potentially dangerous to jump onto it.

I'm not just gonna tell you guys what the better option is, but I will go ahead and perhaps elaborate on what sort of challenge you would be expecting in-character.

Sneaking onto the train before it leaves is a stealth op; since the guards would be able to call in the town garrison for backup you wouldn't really be able to stay and fight if you got caught. That also wouldn't be in the best interests of your ultimate goal of the mission, so if you did get caught it'd be best to just run and hope to fallback on the ambush plan, assuming you could get away from the guards and then catch up to the train in the badlands.

Ambushing the train in the badlands is more open-ended, if trickier, and you could be chaerg headfirst Jenkins style, try to sneak onto a blindspot unnoticed, or whatever measure inbetween you feel would work best for you. The hardest part simply being that the train isn't going to stop, and for your mission parameters you don't want to derail it, since the goal for your team is to preferably take the train in still working condition. Also the whole trying not to just straight up murder people because that looks bad on your rep; the train may not have passengers, but it will have guards, and a full train derailment is not an easy experience to go through.

Anyway, got caught up in a few things including typing this; now I really must be going.

Dang it, I ended up being busier tonight than I expected to be. Gotta get going now. I do know that I should have less going on tomorrow night, after I'm back from work that is. Of course I'm still not really sure what to post yet for the Dorothan team.

Got distracted hanging out with my friends tonight; thankfully I can stay up as late as I please tonight because I don't work for the next three days. Anyway, post is on the way now; sorry about the delay.

Alright, so it looks like Dorothan team is clearly planning to ditch the stealth option and go for the ambush out in the badlands; unless there's any last go for buying something you think you could use before that, I'll make my next post tomorrow night another small skip to out in the badlands.

I would've considered going ahead and doing that tonight, but I was actually a lot busier with stuff tonight (mainly hanging out with friends) than I was expecting to. And now I'm going to be heading towards bed.

Sounds good; I almost certainly won't be able to post tomorrow myself though. In fact this week in particular, I might not be able to post Thursday either, but it'll be a better chance than Wednesday for sure.
