Agreed; doesn't obviously fit the trope. No suggestions right now.

Top four panels from here?
Might need some sizing down, but it could work.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportHow about a guard dog being distracted by a delicious steak?
Image came from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnRspibj88s
The concept is good, but there's no indication that it's a guard dog.
Reaction Image RepositoryAnother suggestion from Jitsu wa Watashi wa. The top two panels here is more concise than my previous suggestion, although I think it shows the 'distraction' less.
Also, are we still against right-to-left panels?
It would be easy to rearrange the panels so they read left-to-right, but... I don't get it.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I think it's pretty simple? The long-haired girl is baiting the demon girl with a lollipop, to which she immediately fell for.
I get "Here's a lollipop!" from that image. No distraction or anything remotely close to that.
Check out my fanfiction! That's what I got as well.
Same here.
My proposal. Probably needs rearrangement/edition.
Can't get a decent reading of the trope from that.
Check out my fanfiction!Clock is set. I'm voting to pull the current for not actually being the trope.
Clock's up; not enough consensus to pull the current. Locking up.
The trope describes someone being distracted by food nearby. The current image is of Homer thinking of a heart-shaped donut. Personally, that's a poor choice of an image, as he's merely thinking of food, and it's nowhere near him.
Can anyone think of any better alternatives?
