"Fine, no problem. But try anything I wont hold back." The boy responds, following into the lift a very determined look on his face, clenching a fist slightly a few times as he does so and stands besides Shira looking around more confused than anything.

She activates the lift, which brings them to a round area with bumper cars.
"Hm, I wonder if you're big enough to drive these..."
She moves towards one of the cars, briefly glancing at the boy to check how he's doing in this stange environment.

The boy keeps his cool it seems, not reacting too much as the lift moves and they move towards the bumper cars. Though he does seem to cautiously keep looking around ALOT. A lot of things here that he doesn't recognizing. Not scaring him but certainly making him a little on edge.
"Why wouldn't i be! Just cause i'm a kid? Being big isn't everything..." He argues, though he was pretty small. Looking at the sign as they pass towards them, his head seems to basically be around, or maybe a tiny bit under (its hard to tell without him standing up against the chart), the recommended safe height to drive alone.

She looks at the sign. Eh, he'll be fine. He probably has a better reaction time than me.
Shira then explains the car race. "These are called 'bumper car'. You can steer them with this wheel, accellerate with this pedal and decelerate with the other one."
She points at the door to the race track. "The goal is to complete the track behind this door as fast as possible, kinda like a horse race. I would advise you to start slow and drive a few circles in here since you are new to this." She's actually serious and not trying to taunt him this time.
Shira gets into her own car after making sure he understood her explanations and slowly drives it towards the door.

Verendia can be seen outside of the shop he had set up, stretching a little.
"Ah, today is a good day."

"Alright..? I'll try it." He seemed cautious going over and getting in, feeling a little awkward also at the size. Yeah.. He was maybe a little small for it but not significantly.
He just stares at the wheel and the strange pedals bellow for a few moments, pushing one. Nothing happens,pushing the other and jolting forward suddenly , shaking him up a little with surprise.
Perhaps just through not wanting to appear weak he presses on, not taking too long to start understanding and indeed driving forward and in a bit of a circle. Though he does spend a rather large amount of attention, paranoid glancing over to Shira.
"Like this right, seems simple I guess..?" He utters, with as much confidence as a kid from Medieval times can honestly give in a modern theme park.

"Yeah, that's good." She looks sceptical. "I know you don't trust me, but would you prefer me to drive with you? That would be safer, the race usually is much faster."
A slightly nervous looking young man approaches Verendia.
"Hi, Is this your shop?"
"I'm not afraid! J-just like a horse like you said. I've got this, i'll race you!" The boy, clearly bullshits having little idea what he's really doing but regardless after taking a moment to figure out how to stop turning he eventually makes his way up besides Shira ready to start.

She nods. "Okay. Ready?"
The gate starts to open.
"Three, two, one, go!!" She shouts and accellerates, although not to top speed to make sure the boy can follow.

Verendia blinks, and he turns to the man with a nod, motioning to the unusual grove.
"Indeed, this is the shop I had set up recently."

The boy takes a moment not understanding the gate would by its self as it did before accelerating to follow and try to keep up which... Well he's clearly not 'keeping cool' judging it by the look on his face but he's managing just fine.

Shira calls out to him. "Be careful, there are ramps and speed boosters on this track."
She then accelerates to pull ahead and show him the effect of the booster, which boosts the speed of her bumper car.
The man is wearing a blue hoodie and jeans. He has six round objects with a red and a white half, connected by a black band with a button, attached to his belt.
He looks around, intimidated by the surroundings and Verendia's unusual appearance.
"...Do you sell evolutionary stones for Pokémon?" He smiles awkwardly.

The boy looks slightly annoyed as she pulls off, maybe seeing it as a bit of competition there. "I can handle it!" Accelerating as well and hitting the speed booster.....
He boosts and it clearly catches him way off guard. "Ti mnad!" switching back to how he first spoke shouting something out. Skidding a little though his reaction time is far, far better than most and quickly manages to regain control and pull up besides her with a little bit of a exhausted sigh.
"I.. See easy!" The boy continues to bullshit but seems intent on winning. "You said its a race right?" He questions putting his foot down to the accelerator more despite his clear, inexperience and internal freak out.

Shira grins and pushes the car to its limit, not wanting to abandon her lead. She however attempts to avoid the ramps, expecting the boy to follow her lead to make sure he doesn't get flung out of the car.

"Oh, those? Well, you're fortunate. I have explored quite a lot of worlds in my life, and I have obtained quite the amount of items in that world. It's rather famous, so I suppose I'd be able to sell the stuff at some point."
Verendia, smiling, motions the man to the grove, which if he enters, he'll find that the place is huge, with items assorted depending on the type of world or period of time they came from.
"The items that you need are located there."
He then points at a certain area of the store that is absolutely filled with Pokémon items.
The unusual winged man then turns to the man.
"Well, what kind of evolutionary stone would you like? I sell them at the same price as they are sold in your world, so you don't have to worry about ending up with your pocket empty."

"Said these things were ramps right?" A clear smirk across his face of competitive boldery, and not wanting to seem weak.
"Just watch me! I got this!" Okay the boy might be overdoing it at this point, as he lines himself up to go over a ramp ahead, full speed. He was very clearly not prepared for this.

She watches in anticipation.
"Woah." Mike is surprised by the spacious interior and the large collection of various items.
He doesn't look like he was expecting Verendia to actually have the stones and is happy to find them here.
"I need a Water Stone and a Leaf stone."
How much were they again? I think this should be enough. He pulls out 4500 Pokémon Dollar.
He remembers the Gen.VI price, 2100P$ per stone.
Full speed.
Ramp ahead.
Unskilled kid driver.
Hits the ramp...
He goes over, though manages to stay in the bumper car, barely... Recontacts ground with quite the force with him going at full speed, kinda landing it till he skids and crashing into a barrier on the side at full force kid jolted off the wheel into the side suddenly by his recklessness.

...Ah, so he comes from an older period of time. I won't shock him with the new prices, though. That would be incredibly nasty.
"Ah, alright."
Verendia subtly checks something underneath his robes, before making a 'come to me' gesture at the section of the shop containing the Pokémon items. Suddenly, a Leaf and a Water Stone begin to glow, and they soon float over to the man to take, as the winged greenette takes the dollars, heads over to the shop, before returning with the change.
"Thank you for buying. My name is Verendia, by the way."

The kid grumbles and mutters something, clearly a little in pain from the crash and maybe a little in a daze from it. His right arm seems twisted back really far, twisted in a rather... unhealthy looking way.
"I-I'll be good... I I can keep going." The boy reassures, as he starts to exit his daze slowly. "Had worse..."

"Your arm looks really bad." She attempts to climb into his car to get a closer look. "I have a few bandages and some other healing equipment."
"Thanks. I wanted to buy them in Lumiose city, but the train never went there. I didn't think I'd find such a well stocked shop here."
He accepts the stones.
"I'm Mike."
When Verendia tries to give him the change, he reconsiders and points at the potions.
"I don't know how long I'll be stuck here, and I don't think there's a Pokémon Center in this city. I'd like to stock up on Potions and Full Heals."

The boy shakes his head and pulls himself up. "I'll, i'm good." He tries to reassure further, putting his other arm over to support the twisted one and... Well just seems to twist it a little, a slight cracking is heard before the boy seems to have control over it again, despite it still being at a very unhealthy angle. Simply rolling his shoulder and rotating his arm to get it back the right way round.
"See, its fine.." He responds, shaking his head a little his head maybe a little shaken up though it certainly seemed like it wasn't as bad as it looked despite the impact. His joints certainly were more.. malleable and flexible than a normal persons should be though.
In addition he seems to have a rather deep looking mark, a black tattoo? On his arm that was twisted. Rather deeply done, cut in more than carefully drawn. Scaring around it instead of it simply healing.
