Shira gets to the door of the lab. "Hi guys."

He smirks, waving to Shira.

"I'm building a cool sword !"

"What's it made of?"

"Oh. Is it as cool as my energy swords?"

"No !" he says to Shira.

"It's made of an unique red metal ! I'm sure that it can kill Lumiaire's mother !" he says.

"It stops regeneration?"

"Huh. Why do you want to kill Lumiaire's mother?"

"Huh... ha yes, you're not aware. Shira, could you explain ? A mishandling of this metal could result in... nasty side-effects."

He keeps working.

"And yes, it does cancel out regeneration... i'll explain more of it later !"

"Huh...instead of a specially crafted sword, couldn't you just introduce an acidic compound into her body to counter her healing factor?"

"Sure. Please correct me if I miss something."

"I only met the nice past version of Léa that currently lives here, but Lumiaire and Aleksandra told me about what she did in the present time. Something changed her from the friendly and cheerful person we know into a power hungry monster. She can absorb the powers of other metahumans like Shira or Aleksandra, and she gets their powers. She's hunting other metahumans in their world, Shira's father and brother were the first to die. Currently, she's got super speed and strength, flight, necromancy, heat beams, electromagnetism and regeneration."

He nods to Shira and raise a thumb.

"Nice work !"

"It's nearly done !"

His eyes widen.

"Hey, I can do the exact same thing as her, then!"

Shira stares at him.

"You kill people to get their powers?"

"Oh- no, no. I just take them. Not really take, really- more of 'copy'."

"Well, you'll be an useful distraction !"

"Huh. How many powers does she have? I still have space for another."

"About 6 or 7."

He start to pull the sword out;

"I told you about the powers I know."

She looks at the Sword.

He pauses.

"Oh, yeah, yeah. I was just trying to make sure you were paying attention...during what you said...yeah."

He takes some glove and take the sword. It's very light with a red blade and some electricity crackling around it.

"So, what can it do?"

"It's finished, then?"
