The dwarf looks up.

"'Ey! Why are ya up in that tree? Are ya one of those tree-lover elves?"

He takes another swig of ale.

Jesse shrugs. "Sure. Well to start, I'm an Alliance soldier. That's the name of the human military in the world I come from. I'm a part of a biotic special forces group, which deals with incidents mainly relating to biotic crimes or illegal biotic experiments...things like that. Anyway, in my memory, I was retrieving some data. Don't know where...but it was about a project known as Gatekeeper or something. I got attacked by some goons and...some man I feel like I should know. His face was just a blur for me...but yeah, we fought and they ended up getting the upper hand on me. They probably would have killed me if I hadn't retaliated with one of my biotics, but this one was...something I'd never done before. And after, that...the memory cut off." Jesse concludes with a neutral expression. "That's all I remember."

As he sees Sawyer, he gives him a casual wave.

Meanwhile, the blonde man will see a green haired saumurai sitting at one of the bases of a tall tree, deep in meditation.

"I just prefer to be up here. It provides me with a clear view of the sky."

Yoruse also takes notice of the samurai, and he nods at the latter in greeting, smiling.

"Hello."

Since it looks like Montoya has went to bed...

@Syme:Not sure I feel like debuting her, though. And I didn't fucking go to fucking bed, what the fuck's wrong with you, Captain Impatient?

The newcomer looks at Yoruse.

"S'up."

They sigh upon seeing the dwarf.

"And on your left, you'll see Snow White's missing eighth dwarf, Drunky."

"All dwarfs drink ale! It courses thru ar veins! We feed it to ar baby's and kids! Any dwarf who 'asnt drunk any doesn't deserve to be a dwarf!"

He downs the rest of his tankard and fills it up with some dwarven rum.

"Biotics? Does that have something to do with your metabolism or cells?" Dominic asks. He then looks to Sawyer and Sasuke, nodding. "You know him?"

Again, use a cheerful character.

"I'm doing well, and you?"

Yoruse gives the dwarf a curious glance.

@Syme:Why a cheerful character in particular? And if so, which of my cheerful characters would you recommend using?

The newcomer just gives the dwarf a look, then turns to Yoruse.

"Eh, I can't really complain, to be honest."

Sawyer smiles to Dom, "Aye, I know 'im, 't least a little. Name's Sawyer." He extends a callused, slightly dirty hand to Dom.

The blonde man sits beside the samurai, smiling faintly. He takes out a small feather and waves it beneath the man's nose in an attempt to tickle him and make him sneeze.

The dwarf takes a big gulp of rum before belching loudly. He then hands his tankard to the newcomer.

"Take a sip, pass it 'round, soon we all be on the ground! Heh heh."

Gina, Chelsea, or Ashley?

Yoruse looks at the newcomer.

"Ah, I see."

He then chuckles a bit when the dwarf hands the tankard to the newcomer.

"May I try?"

@Syme:Ashley's more of a good-natured starker than cheerful, but whatever.

The newcomer. Ashley, shakes her head when offered the tankard.

"Nah, I'm good. That stuff looks like it'd probably wreck my liver, if I had some."

She raises an eyebrow at Yoruse.

"You're kiddin', right, pretty boy? I mean, you don't look like a guy who's good at handlin' his booze all that well..."

"Let's give it to tha man who wants it! But be carful, dwarven booze is oftn' too strong for humans."

He gestures for Ashley to give it to Yoruse.

"I'll be able to handle this, don't worry," Yoruse says to Ashley, smiling softly.

He then gets off the tree, landing gracefully next to Ashley and waiting for her to give him the tankard.

Ashley shrugs, then takes the tankard and hands it to Yoruse.

"It's your funeral, buddy. Don't say I didn't warn ya."

"Well, we will have to see that first, won't we?"

Yoruse just chuckles softly, before taking the tankard and beginning to gulp down the booze.

The booze would start to feel just like really strong rum, with a bit of sweetness. It then starts to burn like magma going down your throat with a slight mushroomy taste, if you can decipher it from the burn.

"Honestly, pretty boy, I'm sorta leanin' towards the outcome where you spit that booze right back into the cup."

Yoruse just continues to gulp the booze down until there's nothing left from it. He then hands the tankard back to the dwarf.

"It tasted pretty good, I have to say. It's mildly spicy, which just served to add more flavor."

...He's still perfectly sober, it seems.

He shrugs at Ashley.

"I did not do that, though."

"Ah! A human worth 'is salt! 'Haps we could 'ave a drinking competition some day!"

He rummages around in his cart and pulls out a similar tankard to the one he just got back and a smaller tankard. He fills the smaller one with strawberry wine and hands it to Ashley. She might note that it has 'The Pansy Cup' engraved on it in small letters.

"Here, have some weak wine while we drink the strong liqueur!"

He fills both of the normal tankards with more rum and passes one of them to Yoruse.

Ashley just stares at Yoruse.

"...How the hell are you still standin' after that?"

She glimpses at the dwarf, then shakes her head.

"To be honest, I ain't too big on booze in general. Wouldn't be a good engineer if I started gettin' wasted all the time."

She takes out a canteen full of water, then sips some of it.

"Ah... Nice and cold, just how I like it... Really hits the spot."

Yoruse just smiles at Ashley.

"Well, I suppose that this rum isn't really that strong..."

He then looks at the dwarf and chuckles, taking the other tankard.

"Thank you."

He then begins gulping the tankard down, still remaining sober.

The dwarf rummages around in his cart and takes out a sort of six-stringed lute.

"'Dis is my Bortet!"

He starts strumming it beatifully, it turns out he is an Expert Stringed Instrument User. He starts to to strum faster.

Instruments are randomly generated every world.

Ashley just takes a seat on a nearby rock, then looks on at the dwarf and Yoruse.

EDIT:Since I'm tired, I'm off to bed. Just assume that Ashley hangs around for the meantime.
