Vestara turns her attention to Kuruchii. "It's that fox-eared girl from yesterday," she remarks.

He stands up.
"Oh, hey. Y'know how I couldn't fight?"

Kuruchii walks to them, looking a bit comforted.
"Hello..."

"So how did you get those fox ears, anyway?" Vestara asks Kuruchii.
"Hey. So, look what I can do!"
He turns to a bench, making handseals.
"Fire Style: Fire Ball!"
He breathes out a stream of flames which all form into a sustained large ball of flames in front of him, engulfing the bench.

"It's... part of my User form..."
Kuruchii then looks at Cross's little trick, and she smiles a bit.
"That's... good."

He stops, and the bench is more or less melted.
"Yep! So, yesterday I asked you what a User was. Are they people with magical powers?"

Kuruchii nods slowly.
"They're people whose souls are bonded with a Spirit Creature... and they gain very many abilities..."
Suddenly, something plummets from the sky. A comet?

Vestara, having been quiet, looks up at the plummeting thing. "Do you know what that is?" she asks Kuruchii.

...as the comet then dissipates, revealing a young woman with pink hair and odd golden eyes

She clasps her hands together, looking at Cross with interest.

The pink-haired woman shakes her head at Cross.
Well, despite it being irreversible, at least you gain a lot of powers with it! Near-endless, if I must say! And, to top it all, you don't have to work for me! At all!

"Why exactly does she scare you?" Vestara asks Kuruchii, raising an eyebrow.

Kurichii just nods.
"She's telling the truth... you don't have to work for her..."
She then looks at Vestara, and lowers her voice into a whisper.
"She doesn't really deal with her enemies nicely, that is to say..."
